Jeremy is an exceptional mental performance coach who is helping me implement effective strategies to overcome performance anxiety. These skills are essential for me to reach the next level in my career. Players at the highest level are starting to gain an advantage by using these techniques if you don’t adapt, you will get left behind. Jeremy practices what he preaches, and his trustworthiness and intelligence show in every session. He has developed systems that make the training both fun and enjoyable, which has made a huge difference in my progress. I wish I would’ve started when I was younger.

"Training with Coach Hoy with RMU Men's Lacrosse took my teammates and I to another level. We won our first 2 conference championships in program history and a large part of it was due to our superior conditioning. On top of that, we also had less injuries than I have seen with a lot of other programs. Coach Hoy did an amazing job getting us stronger, in better shape, and keeping us on the field. As a team, we were also mentally stronger from the workouts we did as they pushed us to work together and come together as a team. There is no doubt I become a better lacrosse player both physically and mentally while working with Coach Hoy.
