At Finish First Sports Performance, our semi-private small group training delivers the best of both worlds—expert-designed programming with real-time coaching adjustments, all in a focused, high-energy environment.

WHAT'S IN A SESSION—WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

  • Every athlete in the group begins with the same structured warm-up and follows the day’s planned workout focus, appropriate for the current phase of development.

  • Our expert coaches adjust on the fly—customizing sets, reps, intensities, or movements based on each athlete’s age, training level, injury history, or positional demands.

  • The plan evolves daily, weekly, and seasonally to meet the needs of in-season, off-season, and multi-sport athletes alike.

REGISTRATION & SCHEDULING

  • Pre-registration is required to reserve a spot—class sizes are capped (6–12 athletes max) to maintain quality coaching.

  • All scheduling is managed through our mobile-friendly Finish First Sports app, which also allows athletes to track sessions and progress.
